We work with franchise owners to help implement key systems across the business, including marketing, sales, client retention, coaching standards, and staff development. These systems are designed to help you build awareness in your community and grow your client base over time. We also assist with the setup of the core operational systems needed to run the business efficiently, including software for scheduling, billing, and tracking athlete performance data. These tools help streamline operations while allowing you to monitor athlete progress and communicate results to parents and players. Franchise owners participate in an immersive on-site training program at our headquarters, where you will learn how the system operates and how to implement it in your own facility. In addition, we connect franchise owners with approved vendors who can assist with facility buildout and equipment selection. Our goal is to provide the systems, training, and support that help franchise owners confidently launch and operate their facility.
The estimated investment to open an Athletes Acceleration facility typically ranges from $21,000 to $152,000, depending on factors such as facility size, buildout requirements, and equipment needs. This investment range includes our $5,000 initial franchise fee, which provides access to the Athletes Acceleration system, training, and initial onboarding support. Yes. Franchise owners pay an ongoing royalty based on a percentage of gross sales. Because the royalty is percentage-based, our success is aligned with the success of our franchise owners. As your business grows, we grow alongside you. For existing facilities converting to the franchise system, we offer a tiered royalty structure during the first year to support the transition: • 3% of Gross Sales during months 1–6 • 4% of Gross Sales during months 7–12 • 6% of Gross Sales beginning in month 13 and beyond For new facilities, the standard royalty is 6% of gross sales. These royalties allow us to continue providing training, marketing systems, operational guidance, and ongoing program development. They also support continued innovation so franchise owners have the tools, systems, and programs needed to remain competitive in their markets.
The term of the franchise agreement is 5 years.
One of the best features of the conversion model is that you can start reaping the benefits of being a franchisee almost immediately and completing the conversion process fully only takes 2–3 months.
Franchise owners participate in an on-site training program at our corporate headquarters designed to prepare you to launch and operate your facility using the Athletes Acceleration system. The initial training includes two days of in-person instruction, where we walk through the key components of the business, including the franchise operations manual, program delivery, systems, and day-to-day operational procedures. Following the initial training, franchise owners receive ongoing support and guidance, including regular training calls with our franchise team. These sessions are designed to help you implement the system, address questions as they arise, and continue developing your business.
Yes. We have established relationships with trusted vendors who supply high-quality training equipment commonly used in sports performance facilities. These relationships allow franchise owners to access preferred pricing and guidance on equipment selection, helping you outfit your facility with the tools needed to deliver the Athletes Acceleration training programs. We can also provide recommendations on the equipment and layout that best support the programs and services offered in your facility.
