Accessibility Statement

Effective Date: April 1, 2026

1. Our Commitment

Athletes Acceleration is committed to making our website and our training facilities welcoming and usable for athletes, parents, and visitors of all abilities. We believe sports performance training should be available to every young athlete who wants to improve, and that starts with making the path to get started accessible.

2. Conformance Standard

We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments.

3. Measures We Take

  • Designing color and typography with sufficient contrast and legible scaling
  • Using semantic HTML so screen readers can interpret page structure
  • Providing alt text for meaningful images
  • Ensuring interactive elements (buttons, menus, forms) are reachable and operable by keyboard
  • Labeling form inputs so they are clear with assistive tech
  • Reviewing new pages and components for accessibility issues before release

4. Ongoing Effort

Accessibility is an ongoing process, not a one-time project. We continue to test our site, train our team, and improve based on feedback. There may be portions of the site, especially third-party embedded content, that do not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. We are working to address these as we identify them.

5. Facility Accessibility

Our training facilities are designed to be accessible to athletes of varying physical abilities. If you have specific accessibility requirements for a session, assessment, or facility visit, please contact your local facility ahead of time so we can plan appropriately.

6. Feedback & Assistance

If you experience an accessibility barrier on our website or at one of our facilities — or if you need information from this site in an alternative format — please let us know. Your feedback helps us improve.

We aim to respond to accessibility-related inquiries within five business days.

7. Third-Party Content

Some content on our Site is provided by third parties (for example, embedded videos, maps, scheduling widgets, and analytics tools). While we choose providers that prioritize accessibility, we do not control the accessibility of third-party content. If you encounter a barrier with third-party content, please let us know so we can advocate for a fix or provide an alternative.
