Explosive first step quickness, acceleration, max velocity, and multi-directional speed.
Most young athletes run with inefficient sprint mechanics. Our "Accelerate" protocol rebuilds the biomechanical sequence of the sprint. Through sprint training, plyometrics, and dynamic strength training, we unlock the hidden speed that converts talent into breakaway plays on game day.
Velocity based training and multi-planar movements that transfer to the field.
Functional strength at Athletes Acceleration isn’t about bulk; it’s about transferability. From foundational strength training mastery for younger kids to advanced resistance training for elite high schoolers, we ensure every ounce of strength built translates to faster speed, higher jumps, further throws, harder swings, and more.
Unlocking explosive force that transforms athletic performance when it matters most.
The best athletes produce the most force at the highest speeds. Our advanced plyometric progressions, medicine ball work, and velocity-based training methods transform strength into explosive power outputs that dominate competition.
Designed for specific developmental needs.
Focus on coordination, body awareness, and learning proper running mechanics while keeping it fun.
Introduction to weightlifting, explosive power development, and speed endurance for rising stars.
Advanced periodization, maximum strength output, and recovery strategies for elite performance.
// About This Location
Athletes Acceleration Noblesville trains young athletes across northern Hamilton County—from Noblesville and Fishers to Westfield and Cicero. Our CSCS-certified coaches develop speed, strength, and power through velocity-based training methods, structured periodization, and electronic timing systems that target the specific athletic qualities each sport demands.
Our facility at 17265 Harger Ct features dedicated training space for sprint work, a strength training floor with free weights and racks, and plyometric development stations. Training follows concurrent periodization with structured waves—speed and acceleration work, barbell progressions, and power development through plyometrics and ballistic movements. Our 8:1 athlete-to-coach ratio ensures every athlete receives individualized coaching on every rep.
Every new athlete at our Noblesville location begins with an athlete analysis—sprint testing, vertical jump measurement, and a movement evaluation. We use these baselines to build a training plan that targets each athlete’s specific mechanical breakdowns and performance goals, with progress tracked through consistent retesting.

// Your Coaches

General Manager
Ethan Imel, MS, CSCS, CPT, is the General Manager of Athletes Acceleration Noblesville and also helps oversee programming for the organization. He spends a large part of his week coaching athletes on the floor while working to create the most effective, practical training programs possible for athletes across all Athletes Acceleration locations.
A former college baseball player at the University of Central Missouri, Ethan got into strength and conditioning because he saw firsthand how much better training could have helped him as an athlete. That experience still shapes the way he coaches today.

Head Coach
Andrew Colsten, B.S., CSCS, is the head coach at Noblesville Athletes Acceleration. He consistently trains athletes on the floor and excels at building intentional relationships while challenging them to improve and perform at their highest level every day. His growth mindset strongly influences his coaching philosophy. He views every training session as an opportunity to improve and holds the same standard for the athletes he coaches. As a Purdue University graduate with years of coaching experience throughout college, Andrew combines a strong understanding of exercise science and sport psychology to deliver effective, individualized coaching.

We guarantee your athlete will gain at least 1mph in speed and 3 inches on their vertical jump within 90 days of consistent training. If they don't hit those benchmarks, we continue training them at no additional cost until they do. Every athlete is baseline tested on day one and retested monthly so progress is always measurable — no guessing.
