Athletes Acceleration Indianapolis trains young athletes on the northeast side of Indianapolis—from Broad Ripple and Nora to Castleton and Lawrence. Our CSCS-certified coaches use velocity-based training methods, structured periodization, and electronic timing to develop the speed, strength, and power that competitive athletics in central Indiana demand.
Our facility at 5111 E 65th St features professional turf, a complete strength training floor with free weights and racks, plyometric platforms, and velocity tracking technology. Training follows a concurrent periodization structure—speed and acceleration work on the turf, barbell progressions in the weight room, and plyometric development through structured jump training. Our 8:1 athlete-to-coach ratio ensures individualized coaching on every rep.
Every athlete at our Indianapolis location begins with an athletic assessment—sprint testing with electronic timing, vertical jump measurement, and a movement evaluation. We use these baselines to build a training plan specific to each athlete’s sport, position, and developmental stage, with progress tracked through regular retesting.

We train athletes ages 8 through 18 across three age-specific programs: Multi-Sport Foundation (8-12), Competitive Edge (13-15), and College Prep (16-18). Each program is designed for the developmental needs of that age group.
Our free athletic assessment includes baseline speed testing (10/20/40 yard dash), vertical jump measurement, mobility screening, and a consultation with a certified performance coach to create a personalized training plan.
We train athletes across all sports including football, basketball, soccer, baseball, softball, track & field, lacrosse, volleyball, hockey, and more. Our training focuses on universal athletic qualities that transfer to any sport.

No experience is necessary. Our programs are designed to meet athletes where they are, whether they are just starting their athletic journey or preparing for collegiate competition. Every athlete begins with an assessment so we can tailor their training.
We guarantee your athlete will gain at least 1mph in speed and 3 inches on their vertical jump within 90 days of consistent training. If they don't hit those benchmarks, we continue training them at no additional cost until they do. Every athlete is baseline tested on day one and retested monthly so progress is always measurable — no guessing.
