College Prep at Athletes Acceleration Noblesville
High school athletes from across northern Hamilton County train at our Noblesville facility with advanced barbell progressions, electronic-timed sprints, and velocity-based training devices. Our College Prep program develops the measurable athletic metrics college coaches evaluate—preparing Noblesville-area athletes for the strength, speed, and power demands of collegiate athletics.
By age 16, the window for developing elite athletic qualities is narrowing. The athletes who train with purpose and precision during these years are the ones who earn scholarships, make varsity rosters, and compete at the collegiate level. The ones who train randomly—or don’t train at all—are the ones who plateau and wonder what happened.
Our College Prep program is built for athletes who are serious about their future in sport. This is advanced programming that mirrors what they’ll experience in a college strength and conditioning program—because that’s exactly what we’re preparing them for. Structured barbell progressions, advanced power strategies, and speed development that produces the measurable athletic metrics college coaches care about: 40-yard dash, vertical jump, pro agility, broad jump.
But physical preparation is only half the equation. We also help athletes mentally prepare for the journey ahead: we help mold them into the player coaches are looking for beyond talent, and show them what it means to train like a college athlete before they arrive on campus. Athletes who show up to college already knowing how to train have a massive advantage over those who don’t.
Our Approach
Programming follows a concurrent training model with structured waves targeting specific qualities during the time of year: hypertrophy, maximal strength, power, and speed. Athletes train with barbells and velocity based training devices to develop special strengths needed to excel at the next level. Speed work is data-driven with electronic timing on every sprint.

FAQ
College strength coaches expect incoming athletes to know how to properly resistance train and move through a structured program. Athletes who arrive without this foundation spend their freshman year learning what they should have already known. Our program teaches the exact training framework they’ll encounter in college—so they’re ready to perform on day one, not play catch-up.
We provide guidance on what it takes to become a recruitable athlete: we prepare athletes for combine-style evaluations, having trained hundreds of collegiate athletes, we understand what physical benchmarks college programs value, and we help athletes learn how to present themself as a serious, well-prepared athlete. We don’t replace recruiting services, but we make sure the athletic foundation is undeniable.
Athletes will be consistently tested in our indicator exercises that illustrate improvements in acceleration, max velocity, agility, strength, and power. Results are tracked over time so athletes and families can see objective, measurable progress.
